The Embody Ritual brings together the work that sits at the heart of Embody Lymphatic Co — lymphatic care, muscular and fascial release, body sculpting and facial sculpting — into one unhurried treatment.

Over two hours, there is time to work through the whole body, before moving into the head, neck, jaw and face.

Rather than choosing one area or one technique, the treatment is shaped around what your body needs on the day.

The Embody Ritual allows enough time to move through the body without feeling rushed.

Your treatment may include:

Full-body lymphatic techniques
Muscular release
Fascial techniques
Body sculpting
Head, neck and jaw work
Facial sculpting
Gua sha
Facial cupping
Warm towels
Restorative touch

The treatment is always adapted to you. Some days may call for more lymphatic work, while other days may need more attention through areas of muscular tension, fascia, the jaw or face.

WHY TWO HOURS?

There is something different about having enough time.

Rather than constantly watching the clock or deciding which area to leave out, two hours gives us space to work with your whole body.

We can move slowly.

We can spend more time where you need it.

And there is still time at the end to simply settle and receive.

FROM BODY TO FACE

The treatment moves naturally from the body into the head, neck, jaw and face.

This allows the work to feel connected rather than like separate treatments.

Lymphatic techniques, muscular and fascial work can be combined with facial sculpting, gua sha, facial cupping and warm towels.

The intention is to leave you feeling lighter through the body, more open through areas of tension and refreshed through the face.

A WHOLE-BODY EXPERIENCE

The Embody Ritual isn't a treatment where every step is predetermined.

Your body tells us where attention is needed.

Some areas may need more time.

Others may need very little.

The pressure, pace and techniques are adjusted throughout your appointment so the treatment remains responsive to you.
