THE EMBODY RITUAL

Two hours to work with your whole body without rushing from one area to the next.

The Embody Ritual brings together lymphatic, muscular and fascial work with head, neck, jaw and facial sculpting, adapting throughout the treatment to what your body needs.

Depending on you, we may use gua sha, facial cupping, Buccal Therapy, warm towels and nervous-system-focused techniques.

MORE THAN A TREATMENT

As a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 14 years of experience, I've worked with many different bodies, conditions and reasons for seeking treatment.

Remedial massage is still an important part of my work. Depending on your treatment and what your body needs, I may use remedial techniques alongside lymphatic, muscular and fascial work.

Over the years, I've become increasingly drawn to lymphatic health, lipoedema, lymphoedema, fascia, compression and nervous-system-focused care.

I've completed Manual Lymphatic Drainage — Vodder Method® Level 1 & Level 2, with Level 2 training in lipoedema, lymphoedema, compromised lymphatic systems, compression therapy, lymphatic taping and movement guidance.

Bringing these different areas of training together allows me to look at the body from more than one perspective.

Sometimes you need lymphatic work.

Sometimes you need your muscles and fascia worked with.

Sometimes you need a combination of both.

And sometimes you simply need to slow down.
