About Kathryn
Supporting how your body feels, functions and naturally presents.
Hi, I'm Kathryn, founder of Embody Lymphatic Co.
For more than 14 years, I've had the privilege of working hands-on with the human body, supporting people through pain, swelling, injury, pregnancy, recovery and the everyday tension that so many of us carry.
Early in my career as a Remedial Massage Therapist, I became fascinated by the way the body adapts.
The more people I treated, the more I realised that very few concerns exist in isolation.
A tight jaw often involves the neck.
Scar tissue can influence movement well beyond the scar itself.
Swelling isn't simply about fluid.
Stress doesn't only affect the mind—it lives in the body.
Again and again, I found myself asking a different question.
Not "Where does it hurt?"
But...
"Why is your body asking for support?"
That question changed the way I practise.
It led me to further study in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method®), fascial therapy, Buccal Therapy, pregnancy care, scar therapy and nervous system-informed treatment.
Today, everything I do is guided by one simple belief:
The body functions best when its systems are supported together—not treated in isolation.
That philosophy became the foundation of Embody Lymphatic Co.
My Approach
No two bodies are the same.
No two treatments should be either.
Every appointment begins with listening.
Understanding your health history.
Learning about your concerns.
Taking the time to understand how your body is presenting on the day.
From there, your treatment is thoughtfully tailored using the techniques most appropriate for you.
Depending on your needs, your treatment may incorporate:
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method®)
• Fascial Therapy
• Remedial Muscle Therapy
• Scar Therapy
• Buccal Therapy
• Facial Muscle Therapy
• Pregnancy Care
• Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM)
• Silicone Cupping
• Red Light Therapy
• Breathing Techniques
Every technique has a purpose.
Nothing is routine.
Because every body tells a different story.
The Embody Experience
I created Embody because I wanted to offer something I felt was missing.
A calm, private space where people feel genuinely cared for.
Where appointments are never rushed.
Where you're listened to before you're treated.
Where clinical knowledge is delivered with warmth and compassion.
Where you don't need to know whether it's your lymphatic system, fascia or nervous system that needs support.
That's my role.
Your role is simply to arrive.
To slow down.
To breathe.
To let go of holding everything together for a little while.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling lighter.
Move more freely.
And perhaps, for the first time in a long time...
Feel like you could finally exhale.
Clinical Experience & Professional Development
My background includes more than 14 years of clinical experience across a range of therapeutic and wellness settings, including osteopathic and physiotherapy clinics, pregnancy care, corporate health, sporting environments and integrative wellness practices.
This experience continues to shape the way I assess, treat and care for every client who walks through the door.

My Philosophy
Flow Supports Function. Function Supports Wellbeing.
Those four words guide every treatment I provide.
By supporting the lymphatic system, fascia and nervous system together, my goal is to help you move more freely, recover more comfortably and feel more at home in your body.
Because helping people feel better isn't simply about treating symptoms.
It's about understanding the whole person.
And creating a space where healing, recovery and restoration can begin.
