The Buccal Sculpt Ritual combines external facial sculpting with intra-oral Buccal Therapy, muscular and fascial release, lymphatic techniques, facial cupping, gua sha and warm towels.

WHAT IS BUCCAL THERAPY?

Buccal Therapy involves gentle hands-on work inside the mouth, through the inner cheek and surrounding tissues.

This gives access to muscles and connective tissues that can be difficult to reach from the outside alone.

The treatment is performed using appropriate hygiene practices and gloves, with your consent throughout.

It is not a dental treatment.

WHY WORK INSIDE THE MOUTH?

Some of the muscles involved in chewing, jaw movement and facial expression extend deep into the cheek and jaw.

Working externally can be incredibly effective, but intra-oral work allows a different level of access.

By working from both the outside and inside, the treatment can address areas of muscular tension more specifically.

This can be especially helpful for people who hold a lot of tension through their jaw, cheeks or temples.

LYMPHATIC & FACIAL SCULPTING

Lymphatic techniques are incorporated throughout the treatment to encourage fluid movement through the face and neck.

This works alongside the sculpting techniques, facial massage and muscular release to help reduce the feeling of puffiness and create a more refreshed, defined appearance.

MUSCLES & FASCIA

The focus isn't simply on the surface of the face.

We work with the muscles and fascia underneath, particularly through areas such as the:

The treatment is adapted to how your tissues feel on the day, rather than following exactly the same sequence for everyone.
