From there, your treatment is carefully personalised using the techniques most appropriate for your body on the day.

Every treatment is delivered with thoughtful care, clinical knowledge and genuine attention to how your body is presenting on the day.
Whether your goal is supporting healthy lymphatic flow, improving movement, easing muscular tension, restoring tissue mobility, reducing swelling or simply taking time to reconnect with yourself, your treatment is always tailored to your individual needs.

Booking Information
A 25% booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit the booking deposit.
As a courtesy, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment, provided it is rebooked and attended within six weeks of your original appointment.
Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
