Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confidential online health history form.

Please complete this before your appointment so I have a good understanding of your health history, current concerns and treatment goals.

WHAT TO WEAR

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Depending on your treatment, you may be asked to undress to your level of comfort. Professional draping is always used throughout the treatment.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment where possible. This gives you time to settle in and complete anything needed before your treatment.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE | VODDER METHOD

For dedicated lymphatic support, including puffiness, fluid retention and heaviness. It can also be appropriate for clients seeking general lymphatic support or support with lymphatic concerns.

For swelling, puffiness, heaviness, fluid retention, tissue restriction and muscular tension when you'd like lymphatic techniques combined with fascial and remedial work.

For women living with or seeking support for lipoedema, including heaviness, tenderness, swelling, tissue changes and lymphatic congestion.

For headaches, jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, clenching, neck and shoulder tension, muscular restriction and facial puffiness.

Treatment combines lymphatic, remedial, muscular and fascial techniques, with intra-oral release where appropriate.

For facial puffiness, facial tension and facial sculpting.

A muscle-led treatment combining lymphatic and facial sculpting techniques, muscular and fascial release, facial cupping, gua sha and warm towels.

You don't need to work it all out before you come in.

If you're unsure, choose the treatment that sounds closest to what you're experiencing. We'll talk through your health history, concerns and goals before treatment and make sure the approach is appropriate for you.

If you're unsure whether a treatment is suitable for a particular medical condition or circumstance, please contact me before booking.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit.

Your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment if the new appointment is rebooked and attended within 6 weeksof the original appointment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Appointments missed without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

RUNNING LATE

If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible.

I'll always do my best to accommodate you, however your treatment time may need to be shortened if necessary to avoid delaying the next appointment.

Appointments are available from my private Bonbeach clinic throughout the week.

The clinic is a calm, private treatment space with its own entrance, designed to give you a comfortable and uninterrupted treatment experience.

PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES

Some treatments incorporating remedial massage techniques may be eligible for private health rebates, depending on your level of cover and health fund.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage on its own is generally not claimable as remedial massage.

If you're unsure whether your treatment is eligible, please check with your health fund before booking.
