COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE INTAKE FORM

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confidential online health history form.

Please complete this before your appointment so I can understand your health history, current concerns and treatment goals.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Depending on your treatment, you may be asked to undress to your level of comfort. Professional draping is always used to maintain your privacy and comfort.

ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY

Arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment gives you time to settle in, complete anything needed and begin your treatment feeling relaxed.

For clients with diagnosed or medically managed lymphoedema who are seeking appropriate Manual Lymphatic Drainage support.

Your treatment will begin with a conversation about your health history, concerns and goals, and where appropriate, the treatment can be adapted to suit you.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointments remain available for everyone, please read our booking policy before making an appointment.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit.

Your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment, provided the new appointment is rebooked and attended within 6 weeks of the original appointment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Appointments missed without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

RUNNING LATE

If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible.

I'll always do my best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may need to be shortened if necessary to avoid delaying the next client.

Bonbeach

Appointments are available from my private Bonbeach clinic throughout the week.

Mordialloc | Thursdays

Appointments at Body First Health & Wellness are available Thursdays only.

Please note that this clinic is accessed via stairs.

If stairs may be difficult for you, I recommend booking your appointment at the Bonbeach location.

Private Health Rebates

Some treatments incorporating remedial massage techniques may be eligible for private health rebates, depending on your level of cover and health fund.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage on its own is generally not claimable as remedial massage.

If you're unsure whether your particular treatment is eligible, please contact your health fund before booking.
