Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Embody Lymphatic Co.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you, allowing the time and care needed to provide a thoughtful, personalised treatment experience.
To ensure appointments remain available for all clients, the following policy applies.
Booking Deposit
A 25% booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Appointment Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit the 25% booking deposit.
As a courtesy, your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment, provided it is rebooked and attended within 6 weeks of your original appointment.
If the new appointment is cancelled, rescheduled again or not attended, the original deposit will be forfeited.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Running Late
If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll always do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying clients booked after you.
The full treatment fee will still apply.
