Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Embody Lymphatic Co.

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, allowing the time and care needed to provide the thoughtful, personalised experience that defines every treatment at Embody.

To ensure appointments remain available for all clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read our booking policy.

Booking Deposit

A 25% booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the 25% booking deposit.

As a courtesy, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment, provided it is rebooked and attended within 6 weeks of your original appointment.

If the new appointment is cancelled, rescheduled again or not attended, the original deposit will be forfeited.

Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

Arriving Late

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll always do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting clients booked after you.

The full treatment fee will still apply.

Health Fund Claims

Where applicable, private health fund claims are available for eligible treatments only. Rebates vary depending on your level of cover and health fund provider.
