Is this a facial?

Not in the traditional sense. This is a hands-on treatment that focuses on the muscles, fascia and lymphatic system beneath the skin rather than skincare products or cosmetic treatments.

Will it help jaw tension?

Yes. This treatment includes external techniques to release tension through the jaw, cheeks, temples and surrounding muscles. If your primary concern is chronic jaw tension or TMJ dysfunction, our Buccal Sculpt Ritual may be more suitable as it also includes treatment inside the mouth.

Will I look less puffy afterwards?
