CANCELLATION POLICY
At Embody Lymphatic Co., each appointment is reserved especially for you.
To allow sufficient time to offer appointments to other clients and to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, the following cancellation policy applies.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any appointment changes, rescheduling or cancellations.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost.
RESCHEDULING
Where possible, cancellation fees may be waived if the appointment is rescheduled and attended within 4 weeks of the original booking date.
This is at the discretion of Embody Lymphatic Co. and may not apply in all circumstances.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION
Credit card details are required to secure all appointments.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your nominated card may be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy where applicable.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.
ILLNESS & EMERGENCIES
I understand that unexpected illness and emergencies can occur.
If you are unwell or unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be discussed.
